Bluetooth technology is known to be a good use for cell phone users but it can also be used in making easier the job of real estate agents. It is a wireless device that could be used 30 feet away from the other party you are communicating with.
Today, it had been used even in laptops. Wherever you take your laptop for business (or real estate business), it makes it convenient for you to conduct deals even without having to meet with your clients face to face.
This technology is useful for busy people who have their schedules full. Truly, this is a useful gadget.

Document Sharing: Folders, very similar to the folders in your computer My Documents section, are created and files can be uploaded and stored for access by all members. Permissions are set for each folder to allow only those authorized to gain access and view the documents. Company operations manuals, personnel documents, training materials and shareable marketing brochures are all examples of the type of documents that might be stored and shared.
Individual and Group Calendars: Most intranet services allow the synchronizing of a member’s Outlook or Palm device with the Calendar Function. Items and meetings marked Private will be visible only to the individual member under their login. Group items will be visible to all. You can also set up groups within the company, such as Admin or Agents, and set meetings and events that will be visible only to the assigned group. Members can RSVP to their meeting invitations.

The Sierra Club is seeking to protect US public lands from threats like oil and gas drilling, unchecked development, irresponsible recreation, logging, and global warming. In order to save what remains of the wild, the Sierra Club has launched a campaign to protect fifty-two of the most exceptional places–one in every state, plus Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia–over the next ten years. They have released a new report called America’s Wild Legacy. And they have also released a Google Earth collection showing all 52 locations [Google Earth File. You must have GE installed.] as placemarks, with information included in each description bubble including photos, and links to the report and other information.
Google Earth is an excellent visualization tool to help people understand issues effecting the environment. You will find many examples of this in the GEB’s environment category and under the Google Earth Global Awareness layer. And, Google recently formed a new Google Outreach program to help non-profits promote and develop content using Google Earth.

The Delhi Real Estate industry is really improving. Did you know that the real estate owners in Delhi registered their properties electronically? Once a payment for the property registration is done by the owner, an identification number that is unique will be issued with the payment. The title holder is required to produce an ID number in the local sub-registrar once he/she gets the electronic identification number.
The new process implemented needs less papers and it is more helpful in preventing fraud in property registrations. You can visibly see 21 counters across the city that was installed by the Dehli government.

Barely a year ago on October 9th, Google laid claim to their largest acquisition to date as they triumphantly announced the acquisition of YouTube for $1.65 billion in an all stock transaction. YouTube had been created merely 20 months earlier in February 2005 by three former PayPal employees and was little more than Adobe Flash technology used to display video content and movie clips. Yet it had made the July 2005 sale of buddy site MySpace to Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation for $580 million look like chump change.
