Another indicator that virtual tours are slowly taking over and trusted in the real estate industry are the following surveys conducted.
• 51% of American adults use the Internet for virtual tours.
• The National Association of Realtors Survey predicts that in 2006, 24 % of buyers would use virtual tours. It proves that the use of Technology is increasing when studies showed the 2% increase from the year 1997.
• 88 % using the Internet found that virtual tours have made it easier and better for their part in their search for a home.
• Survey shows that by the year 0f 2007, this method would place 7.7 million home sales.
