worriedbusinesswoman.jpg

I noticed that a lot of people are skeptical in investing in real estate technology. Usually, skepticism is a very tricky word. Yes, you can get rid of the possibilities of having financial losses because you didn’t invest anything at all, but deciding not to push through with it can also make a lot of opportunities pass your lap.

You must have an open mind if you are deciding for the betterment of your real estate business. It may not be easy, but it is a very helpful strategy I tell you. If someone presents a new technology to you, stop thinking negatively. Ask for the positive side of implementing such project.

The Dehli government has assured its potential real estate owners that the process implemented is full proof and there are no chances of false doings. The good thing here is that the system will accelerate the property registration process in Delhi. “Apart from the speed and convenience, e-stamping also eliminates dependency on property lawyers and notaries who take their pie in property transactions,” says Arunima Chakraborty, a senior citizen staying in Ramesh Nagar.

Did you know that the Delhi government is also considering approving the ‘Property Titling Law’? It is said to be the solution in eliminating fraudulent property registrations in Delhi.

The Dehli Real Estate industry is really improving. Did you know that the real estate owners in Dehli registered their properties electronically? Once a payment for the property registration is done by the owner, an identification number that is unique will be issued with the payment. The title holder is required to produce an ID number in the local sub-registrar once he/she gets the electronic identification number.

The new process implemented needs less papers and it is more helpful in preventing fraud in property registrations. You can visibly see 21 counters across the city that was installed by the Dehli government.

Bangalore Real Estate Part II

bangalore1.jpg

Mr. Zaffar Sait of DGM Business Development, Prestige Group Bangalore was once quoted saying positive thoughts on the development of Bangalore Real Estate:

“Fortunately, through continuing innovations, adapting tenant mixes, and capital investment, retail property owners can moderate many potential declines in retail demand from consumers. In the long term, rent pressure is expected as and when the communication distribution channel grows,”

Even if technology is such a big help for us, there is a big possibility that technology have less demand in some areas and may have increased demand in other parts. The situation is more of a “win some, lose some” situation based on properties and geographic markets.
